Once a loan or finance contract is created, Equius’ infrastructure services do not stop there. We complete the entire funding cycle by offering the following loan management services to our clients:
Repayments & Direct Debits.
This process is handled by our staff, using our Loan Management System. This takes the ongoing repayments issue away from our clients. Whilst direct debiting is the preferred and most cost effective method of finance repayments, Equius’ systems also accommodate BPay, cheque acceptance and direct transfer.
Payouts, Statements & Account Closures.
Equius’ staff can manage the entire client interface at your discretion and auspices, including handling all finance related enquiries, payouts, payment changes, etc. Our management reporting keeps our Clients informed of progress at all times.
Finance Documentation.
Physical files relating to each contract can be electronically stored in PDF format and transmitted to our Clients on a periodic basis. Additionally, under current legislation original files must be stored and we can either manage this externally using document management services on our clients’ behalf or transferred to our Clients for their management.
