Client Management

We recognise that our Funder clients place a great deal of trust in Equius with their funds, should these services be required.  As a consequence, we have developed systems and processes to manage this relationship in order to deliver a superior service to our clients.

Funds Trustee Services.

As a finance management servicer, we remain independent of the distribution channels our Clients distribute their finance funds through.  Therefore it is important to have an independent organisation to entrust funding to.  Should our Clients request, we can manage funds, including the management of funding and loan repayment proceeds, with direct and instantaneous management reporting to keep our clients informed at all times.  We would also recommend and welcome periodic audits of our Loan Management Services in order to satiate our clients’ requirements.

Legislation Updates.

The finance industry, especially consumer lending, is a highly regulated business that is constantly changing.  As Equius keeps up to date with the onerous legislative requirements for its own business, in turn we can manage this on behalf of our clients, by keeping our clients informed of all relevant legislative changes that affect their operations.

Funder Management Reporting.

Our highly advanced systems, combined with our dedicated IT personnel, ensure that our management reporting systems meet and indeed exceed our clients’ expectations.  For example, we can design a nightly interface directly into our clients’ General Ledger to account for all funding and repayment transactions.  We also have an extensive list of management reports, including but limited to reports required for a securitisation programme.  We are also flexible in designing reports, updates and alerts to our Client’s requirements.  Furthermore, we give remote and instant access for our clients to view our systems in the comfort of their own office.
